24 Hour, 365 Days
Appointments are not timed and last as long as is needed to deal with the situation comprehensively. We do not impose a time constraint on our consultations.
We have close links with the best medical Consultants in every medical specialty and can normally arrange for a specialist opinion, if required, within 48 hours of the consultation, if this is required.
The service operates a 24 hour, 365 days a year on-call service for our patients.
We are available for home or hotel visits any time of the day or night.
Bookings
At booking, you will receive a 2 hour window during which the doctor will arrive. This timing of. this window will depend on how busy the service is at the time of your call. If there are any deviations from this window, you will be notified. Payment will be pre-authorised before the booking is secured, and payment will be authorised at the end of the visit.

A London-trained GP with experience in multiple locations, founded Private GP Services in Essex in 2001. She believes in continuity of care and patient-centered medicine. A British Menopause Society member, she focuses on women’s health, HRT, and male menopause treatment. Dr. Peck can also deliver consultations in Turkish.
